I stumbled into Kunsthaus Tacheles about 15 years ago and it really left an impression. Really awesome to see the artist’s spaces and the abandoned building being put to good use. Sorry to see it gone and I hope everyone found a place to continue their work.

One of the metal sculptures (a colourful female figure) is in the lobby of the PLUS “hostel” near Warschauerstr. I was there for a gig and very happy to see her again by chance. It was very strange to see her in the lobby but she didn’t seem totally out of place after all 🙂

Those wonderful metal works/”creatures” in the arches above the ground floor…….you can see them above in 2 locations…….Looks as if they were still there at the end? They were/are fantastic. I hope they can remain somewhere so we can see them (or is it better to forget?)……or at least with someone who loves them.
