The place is really clean, a homeless man lives there and he takes good care od it. So don’t litter or be loud. He accepts supplies so you can leave some food for him. The place is cool, 3 floors, very clean.

Inside is full of Cleared rooms and antique walls full of awesome artwork.
Getting inside: easy as fuck if the door is open
Artwork: 10/10
Creepiness: 9/10 (scary as fuck)
